But the Quad-Timer is not about intuitive function alone. The Chef’s Quad-Timer Professional is simply the best-looking kitchen timer product on the market today – designed to compliment, rather than clutter, your high-end kitchen.
Here’s how it works. The Quad-Timer’s four-burner metaphor makes it easy to associate what’s cooking on the stove with what’s being timed … at a glance. First, twist the inner silver dial to select the burner you’re cooking on. Next, use the outer ring to add or remove time from the display. Press the start button to begin timing (that burner turns green) and then repeat for as many other dishes as you like.
Expired timers chime and flash a red indicator. As an added convenience, expired timers count up to indicate overage in the event that you were out of the room when your dish completed. A convenient batch cooking function makes repeated timing tasks (such as batches of cookies) quick and easy. Recall the last timer value entered with one click.
