1. Auto-On/Off: To start measure, unfold the probe from its housing and the LCD will display the temperature immediately./ 10 min auto off if no operating.
2. Data-hold: Before withdrawing from food, press “HOLD” key, it will keep the temperature until you press again.
3. Press “HOLD” key for 3 seconds, it will firstly display the saved Max temperature. Press “HOLD” key again and show Min temperature.
